For most flower varieties, we guarantee a minimum of 5 days’ freshness from the date of delivery, providing they are cared for according to the care instructions provided. We recommend unpacking flowers immediately and displaying them in fresh water away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maximise vase life.
Your satisfaction is our priority. On the rare occasion that your flowers or gifts arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, please report the issue to us on the same day of delivery. We may require photographs as part of our assessment process, helping us understand what went wrong and how we can resolve it swiftly. Our team inspects every order before it leaves our shop, but if transit or handling causes problems, we are here to set things right.
