For deliveries outside of these core postcodes or to addresses requiring special arrangements, any additional fees will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

When the Recipient Isn’t Home

If the recipient is not at home when we attempt delivery, our experienced drivers follow a considerate process:

• We will try to leave the flowers safely with a neighbour and pop a delivery card through the recipient’s door to let them know where their bouquet awaits.
• If this is not possible, flowers will be placed in a safe, sheltered spot at the property (weather and security permitting), and a note will be left to inform the recipient of their location.
• Should neither option be possible, we will return the arrangement to the shop and contact you to rearrange the delivery at a suitable time.
